Mike Steele
After more than 40 years as a newspaper journalist and an online services executive, Mike Steele set off in a new direction to fulfill a lifelong dream of becoming an artist.

He has studied at the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts Studio School with Marjorie Perrin, Matt Lively and Ann Chenoweth, and at ArtHaus Visual Arts Studio with Robert Caldwell.
Mike is a member of the James River Art League.
He lives in Richmond, Va., with his wife, writer Jann Malone, and their rescue dog, Rosie.
